It’s June, and it’s starting to warm up here. Finally.

Work is super busy, and I am still trying to sell my house up north. It’s been a massive faff. I really hoping that it sells quickly this time, and that I don’t have to worry about it or pay the bills anymore.

This weekend is dedicated to snoozing, garden time and the 80’s movie Aliens. I have a fancy dress party to go to. Last weekend I emptied my northern house of furniture. Aided by my father and some very helpful friends. Friends that are the kindest most helpful people. How do I repay such kindness???

I do miss the people who formed my urban family, I have some replacements here, but it’s going to take a few years. Who’s going to replace that one friend who called me up most Fridays/Saturdays at midnight, or 1am saying that I have, just have to come and join them at a bar, or in the casino. Happy days.
