Our first dry day here in Japan. Sun out all day, extremely hot and there are some burnt faces and arms around the pitches. Start of the dry season apparently – like it changes one day and that’s it. Blows my mind.

We start playing tomorrow. We have USA and Japan. We expect two extremely tough games. We don’t know much about either teams, it will just be nice to get playing together.

If it’s as hot as it is today then it will be hard work. But that’s what we’re here to do after all, and we were expecting heat. Bring it on.
